Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
  • •Conceptualize storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives, maintaining visual consistency and technical quality
  • •Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content and present concepts to stakeholders
  • •Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution; partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to deliver cohesive multimedia content
  • •Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, develop reusable templates/motion design systems, manage multiple projects, and troubleshoot animation/rendering/visual effects issues

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
  • •Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)
  • •Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills
  • •Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes
  • •A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field
