Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide infrastructure engineering support for dry utilities across the full lifecycle from concept masterplan to IFC.
  • •Design and/or support work covering primary substations and EHV/HV/LV corridors, including distribution and pocket substations and feeder elements.
  • •Develop telecommunications infrastructure network designs, including ducts and manholes and GSM tower coverage requirements.
  • •Prepare street lighting designs and documentation, including lighting calculations, SLDs, load schedules, and related wiring details.
  • •Coordinate with other disciplines (wet, roads, transportation, landscape, and building teams) to integrate design outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of Dubai/Abu Dhabi/KSA authority guidelines, standards, and requirements.
  • •Experience delivering dry utilities and infrastructure projects from concept masterplan stage to IFC stage.
  • •Knowledge of primary substations and EHV/HV/LV corridors, distribution substations, pocket substations, and related electrical infrastructure through 33kV.
