Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate through various job responsibilities and tasks within the assigned workspace on an hourly basis.
  • •Safely operate industrial machinery.
  • •Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
  • •Maintain commitment to quality throughout the production process.
  • •Conduct routine machinery inspections and report wear, damage, or malfunctions for preventive action, while participating in quality improvement initiatives.

  • •Ability to safely and efficiently work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • •Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • •Exposure tolerance for environmental elements, moving mechanical equipment, loud noise, and dust.
  • •1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment (plus), with knowledge of lumber manufacturing process (asset).
  • •Excellent teamwork skills with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
