Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and facilitate the annual HR budgeting process, including timelines, trackers, Excel analyses, and follow-up on open actions.
  • •Support HR Connection activities by routing inquiries, maintaining organized status information, and preparing responses or materials.
  • •Maintain accurate and version-controlled records, calendars, trackers, and templates to support audit readiness and reliable process execution.
  • •Prepare HR presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and communications using PowerPoint, Excel, and other approved tools.
  • •Partner with HR leadership to support annual performance and talent processes and talent acquisition through interview and offer coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Establish trust and maintain confidentiality when handling employee and People & Culture business-sensitive information.
  • •Working knowledge of HR fundamentals, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, succession planning, onboarding, and HR policies and procedures.
  • •Ability to support multiple annual HR processes at the same time, manage deadlines, maintain accurate follow-up, and organize competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong technical capability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required, plus proficiency with Word, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or related) and 6+ years of relevant experience supporting HR programs or annual business processes.
