Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct employee reviews (FSEs) and update competence profiles/skills matrix.
  • •Ensure effective management of people in remote areas.
  • •Work with the Service Coordinator to plan field service activities and select FSEs with the correct skills for complex jobs.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/diploma in Engineering or similar (equivalent Spanish FP Superior).
  • •At least 5 years of experience leading teams of technicians.

  • •Knowledge of Alfa Laval equipment, mainly decanters.
  • •Residence in Madrid; English and Spanish (spoken and written).
