Job Summary

Lead end-to-end development of Data Center Switching hardware programs from concept through customer release, setting priorities, milestones, and execution plans. Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across hardware and software engineering, product management, operations, and manufacturing, while monitoring program health and driving risk resolution. Improve governance and operational efficiency by integrating automation and AI-enabled tools, and manage financial integrity, budgeting, and transparent leadership updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end Data Center Switching hardware program development from concept through customer release.
•Orchestrate complex, multi-functional programs by aligning hardware/software engineering, product management, and other teams for cohesive delivery.
•Monitor program health, identify risks and dependencies, and drive timely issue resolution with actionable recommendations.
•Champion continuous process improvements, governance frameworks, and integration of automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency.
•Manage financial integrity and resource allocation, track budgets, and keep projects within scope and on schedule while providing status transparency to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,400 - 221,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, industrial, mechanical, or physics) plus 7 years of related experience in technical hardware program/project management or hardware/product development.
•Experience managing end-to-end programs with budget oversight, schedule management, and breakthrough tracking.
•Advanced spreadsheet skills for data modeling and visualization to track project metrics.
•Experience with action tracking, executive updates, dashboards, and organizational communications.
•Experience managing cross-functional engineering dependencies with focus on time-to-market.
