•Own and improve the full Product Development Life Cycle and drive operational excellence for product launches across multiple teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support)
•Build AI-powered workflows and agents to automate and accelerate operational work, including customer feedback triage, launch tracking, and cross-functional reporting
•Build and maintain a single source of truth for launches with real-time visibility into shipping timelines and team needs
•Drive centralized product knowledge and enablement, providing tools, templates, and context for PMs and stakeholders
•Analyze and quantify product signals by querying product, CRM, and customer data to surface high-signal insights and actionable recommendations for PMs and leadership

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,200 - 164,000 annually

•Experience working in ambiguous environments defining approach, proving value quickly, and iterating
