Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in the inspection center to achieve production targets.
  • •Ensure safe movement of cars into and out of the inspection center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Engage team members with coaching, feedback, and performance management; communicate expectations, performance measures, and goals.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects and train associates on quality control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time.
