Job Summary

Join the Earth & Environment team to support environmental consulting projects across water, wastewater, hazardous/solid waste, air emissions, and pollution control. Manage and execute moderately complex projects, engage with clients daily, and coordinate field work (about 20%) alongside office-based reporting (about 80%). Prepare proposals, technical reports, and engineering calculations, direct subcontractors, review QA/QC, and help mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in developing processes and infrastructure for water supply, wastewater treatment, waste disposal, air emission sources, and pollution control.
•Generate accurate reports and documentation based on field conditions, including proposals and investigation/engineering report components.
•Manage and execute projects to ensure compliance with schedules, planning, coordinating, and conducting project work for large-scale assignments.
•Direct subcontractors and mentor junior staff overseeing field activities; support drilling, excavation, demolitions, and remediation system installations.
•Review contractor submittals (including Work Plans and QA/QC plans) and track payment applications, requests for information, and change order requests.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Environmental Engineering (or equivalent discipline).
•7–10 years of relevant experience.
•Current Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
•Strong computer and writing skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Ability to interact with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
