Job Summary

Support TikTok Shop governance and user-experience protection for a fast-growing e-commerce business. As a project intern in the Governance & Experience organization, you’ll join short-term initiatives, conduct research and benchmarking, analyze platform data and feedback for trends and risks, and help document workflows and project materials. You’ll collaborate across product, operations, risk, and policy teams to help design, test, and improve systems and processes.
