Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent plus 6+ months agricultural experience (Claims Crop Field Adjuster I) or 4+ years in agricultural or crop insurance (Crop Claims Specialist).
•Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire date.
•Reliable personal transportation and travel within the assigned territory, including travel outside the assigned area to support workload(s).
•Ability to meet RCIS Crop Adjuster physical requirements: walk in agricultural fields (up to 3 miles), climb storage bins (up to 25 feet), lift 25–50 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather.
•Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; strong organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization; intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
