Key Responsibilities

•Own enterprise rollouts of Athena end to end: partner with our implementation managers to refine requirements, define use cases, map them to the product, and drive successful go-lives.
•Be the technical point of contact for customers across the relationship and drive adoption after launch by unblocking teams and identifying new value areas.
•Write production code, integrations and configuration using AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery.
•Translate ambiguous business requirements into actionable technical solutions and contribute to roadmap discussions with engineering and product leads.
•Serve as the technical authority in the sales process, framing opportunities and answering hard questions for prospects and customers.

Key Requirements

•Multiple years of industry experience in a full stack web app development role (ideally in SaaS), with the ability to ship production code.
•Strong knowledge of TypeScript and a good understanding of the language.
•Proven experience in customer-facing settings, capable of engaging HR operations through to senior leadership and earning technical credibility quickly.
•Track record of turning ambiguous business requirements into working solutions.
•Experience with enterprise integration work (APIs, SSO, HRIS systems such as Workday is a plus) and familiarity with deploying to enterprise environments.
