Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
  • •Monitor electrical works across MV/LV power distribution and related systems, and support inspection readiness and compliance with inspection/test plans and codes.
  • •Conduct and support site inspections to verify quality, progress, workmanship, and compliance; address NCRs and punch lists.
  • •Coordinate contractors and multidisciplinary teams (including QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, vendors) and manage manpower/materials/tools and work fronts.
  • •Review and manage site documentation (method statements, shop drawings, inspection requests, test packs, cable schedules) and support commissioning, energization, handover, snagging, and closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience supervising electrical installations, site engineering, construction supervision, inspection, or electrical construction management on large-scale projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •Ability to supervise and inspect electrical installation works on active construction sites.
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, installation sequencing, inspection requirements, quality standards, and site execution practices.
  • •Experience coordinating electrical systems and installation documentation, including MV/LV distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, cabling/containment, grounding, lighting, panels, and related records.
