Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, design, and delivery of electrical building systems for complex new construction and renovation projects.
  • •Lead, build, and grow the Austin electrical engineering team.
  • •Serve as Engineer of Record/technical principal/executive reviewer and provide technical oversight for complex electrical building systems.
  • •Develop and execute a market-facing growth strategy for electrical engineering services in Central Texas, including client cultivation and strategic pursuits.
  • •Provide executive-level project leadership to ensure scope, schedule, quality, and financial performance; support proposal development and contract negotiations.
