Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the HSSE Culture Transformation Roadmap aligned with the 2030 strategy.
  • •Establish and manage a culture maturity model, including annual improvement targets and enterprise-wide safety culture initiatives.
  • •Design and lead the Safety Leadership Program, including leadership standards, coaching/mentoring, and executive workshops.
  • •Introduce Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles and develop learning team processes to strengthen psychological safety and workforce engagement.
  • •Lead culture programs for workforce and contractors, including safety ambassador initiatives, contractor culture frameworks, and measurement/analytics through assessments and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, Organizational Psychology, Human Factors, Organizational Development, or Behavioral Science.
  • •Minimum 12–15 years HSSE experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years leading organizational culture or transformation initiatives.
  • •Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, mining, aviation, utilities, or other high-risk industries.
  • •Essential professional certifications (one or more): CMIOSH, CSP, NEBOSH Diploma, CRSP, or an equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
