Job Summary

Serve as the organization’s subject-matter expert for safety culture, human and organizational performance, and behavioral change across Oil & Gas projects. Lead development and rollout of the HSSE Culture Transformation Roadmap aligned to 2030, build culture maturity models and safety leadership programs, and drive workforce and contractor culture initiatives. Partner with executive leadership and line management to embed safety as a core value, strengthen psychological safety, and improve operational resilience through measurement and change management.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement the HSSE Culture Transformation Roadmap aligned with the 2030 strategy.
•Establish and manage a culture maturity model, including annual improvement targets and enterprise-wide safety culture initiatives.
•Design and lead the Safety Leadership Program, including leadership standards, coaching/mentoring, and executive workshops.
•Introduce Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles and develop learning team processes to strengthen psychological safety and workforce engagement.
•Lead culture programs for workforce and contractors, including safety ambassador initiatives, contractor culture frameworks, and measurement/analytics through assessments and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, Organizational Psychology, Human Factors, Organizational Development, or Behavioral Science.
•Minimum 12–15 years HSSE experience.
•Minimum 5 years leading organizational culture or transformation initiatives.
•Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, mining, aviation, utilities, or other high-risk industries.
•Essential professional certifications (one or more): CMIOSH, CSP, NEBOSH Diploma, CRSP, or an equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
