Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and order parts
  • •Diagnose equipment issues quickly and determine root cause and corrective actions
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations and handle the repairs
  • •Maintain complete daily work-order documentation and assist with pick-up and delivery as needed

Key Requirements

  • •Own the tools applicable to the position
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
  • •Experience performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment
  • •Ability to calculate nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read/understand schematics
  • •EPA 608 certification preferred (able to obtain within 6-12 months)
