Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and analyze industry and competitive trends to identify emerging opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or engineering with 7 years of business/finance experience (or renewable energy/battery storage experience); OR Master’s degree with 5 years of business/finance experience (or renewable energy/battery storage experience).
  • •Identify, screen, and evaluate strategic vendors and/or acquisition targets, including conducting diligence.
  • •Research and analyze industry and competitive trends to identify emerging opportunities and strategic areas of interest.
  • •Negotiate with counterparties to successfully structure transactions and support long-term growth plans.
  • •Understand and communicate complex business issues and results to senior management (clear, logical communication).
