Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end management reporting including Opco/product/segment reports, cost & FTE reports, client profitability MI, and analytical reviews.
  • •Perform actuals vs. forecast analysis and maintain ownership of reporting data and value-adding commentaries for leadership.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely cost reporting submissions to ledgers/reporting systems, including journals; manage variance commentary and reconciliation activities.
  • •Conduct moderate to complex financial modeling and analysis, develop assumptions with business partners, and explain rationale for conclusions.
  • •Manage query handling and support change projects, including deploying automations/visualizations and ensuring data integrity and effective controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Accountant (CA, CWA, MBA, PG Commerce, Graduate Commerce) and +2 years post-qualification experience in financial and management reporting.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis processes with reporting and automation tools (e.g., Qlik, Python, Tableau, Qliksense).
  • •Strong working knowledge of financial systems or data consolidation models/s (e.g., Omnia, TM1, HUB, FTP).
  • •Knowledge or experience of data mining, analysis, financial statements, and audit/controls with commercial acumen in banking drivers and P&L.
  • •Ability to plan and lead change to business frameworks and demonstrate strong communication with business partners across levels.
