•Manage project teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and quality assurance to deliver work products on time and within budget.
•Advise C-level and senior leaders on business strategy, operating model design, and digital roadmaps leveraging emerging technologies.
•Conduct in-depth analysis of provider operations and clinical administrative workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
•Oversee implementation of digital health solutions (including EHR/ERP optimization and patient engagement platforms) and design change management plans for adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 210,000 annually
