Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide planning and scheduling services across complex data centre development, expansion, and fit-out projects, including greenfield, brownfield, and live operational environments.
  • •Conduct pre-baseline reviews of contractor programmes to ensure adherence to contractual requirements and industry-standard scheduling practices.
  • •Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to clients.
  • •Recommend corrective actions and create acceleration programmes in response to major delays.
  • •Coordinate meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to create an Integrated Master Works Programme with dependencies linked to the Main Contractor’s programme and advise on efficient multi-staged timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Planner/Scheduler on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, with data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable.
  • •Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure systems including power, cooling, commissioning, and operational readiness requirements.
  • •Professional proficiency in P6 (Primavera) and MS Project; knowledge of Asta or other programming software is advantageous.
  • •Valid working rights in New Zealand.
