Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the operational delivery of the UK benefits portfolio to ensure accurate, efficient administration in line with UK legislation and company policy.
  • •Serve as the UK Benefits Subject Matter Expert, interpreting benefits policies and advising colleagues, people leaders, and HR stakeholders.
  • •Manage operational delivery across UK benefit programmes (including pensions, healthcare, dental, life assurance, income protection, and voluntary benefits).
  • •Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate monthly benefits processing, governance, and data integrity across MyInfo and benefits administration platforms.
  • •Lead vendor governance, resolve complex issues, analyze operational problems to identify root causes, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Current or recent experience working within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG) or an equivalent HR function is essential.
  • •Significant experience managing UK employee benefits within a CEG or HR environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience interpreting HR policies and providing guidance to colleagues, people leaders and HR stakeholders.
  • •Strong knowledge of UK employment practices, employee benefits legislation, HMRC guidance and UK pensions regulations.
  • •Experience managing third-party benefit providers, including governance, service delivery and performance management.
