Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customers in the strategic application of Honeycomb and Observability practices to meet technical and business goals, including shaping telemetry data structure, governance, and usage across the organization.
  • •Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to articulate Honeycomb’s value proposition at executive and technical levels.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor on telemetry schema design and data modeling to ensure queryable, meaningful, and durable data.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have deep experience with distributed systems and software development or SRE background.

  • •Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to engineers and leadership.
