Job Summary

Drive Docker’s AI Governance growth across Asia-Pacific by co-selling with Core Account Executives and acting as a trusted advisor to CISOs and AI/ML and platform engineering leaders. You’ll master the AI Governance platform (sandboxes, MCP Gateway, centralized policy, audit), generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, and quarterback the full sales cycle to exceed annual targets in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

•Become the go-to expert on the Docker AI Governance platform (sandboxes, MCP Gateway, centralized policy, audit) and share customer success stories.
•Create and execute territory plans to identify and pursue AI governance opportunities across APAC, especially in regulated industries.
•Generate pipeline by prospecting accounts showing AI adoption signals and enable Core AEs to qualify inbound opportunities.
•Quarterback the AI governance sales cycle—from technical discovery and value justification to closing complex deals.
•Collaborate with internal teams through enablement and manage deals by strategizing, negotiating, and closing for mutual success.

Key Requirements

•Track record of exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise software deals with discipline to manage sophisticated cycles.
•3+ years selling security, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML platform solutions, with understanding of CISOs and platform engineering needs for AI agent adoption.
•Ability to uncover customer pain and build business cases focused on AI risk, ungoverned agent activity, and regulatory exposure.
•Experience thriving in an overlay or co-sell model, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders to drive outcomes.
•Formal training in Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
