Job Summary

Provide second-line managed security operations for clients by proactively monitoring queues, triaging and resolving incidents and requests within SLA, and identifying root causes. Maintain and update tickets with required resolution details, execute risk-aware changes, and support shift handovers and escalations. Collaborate with other resolver groups, vendors, and automation teams to improve reliability, reduce tickets through trends/knowledge articles, and support disaster recovery testing and project work when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor work queues and manage incidents/requests to resolution within agreed SLA.
•Investigate and analyze issues and errors, capture required information, and identify root causes for second-line support.
•Update and manage tickets, communicate with clients and other teams, and escalate when needed.
•Execute risk-aware changes with proper approvals, support change management, and perform planned maintenance.
•Produce trend analysis to drive automation and knowledge article updates, and support disaster recovery functions/tests.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent IT/computing qualification) or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
•Certifications relevant to supported security services; CCNA is must, with CCNP Security or PCNSE good to have.
•Moderate experience in managed services handling security infrastructure.
•Moderate knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Moderate experience using ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow, and working with vendors/3rd parties.
