Job Summary

Partner with the School Solutions sales team as the K-12 nutrition solutions expert. Lead discovery, deliver tailored demos, and validate technical fit while supporting RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and proposal development. Translate customer requirements into value propositions focused on compliance, menu planning, payments, and back-of-house workflows. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and customers to transition from pre-sales to implementation and continuously improve demo assets and deal progression.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales to advance opportunities through discovery, tailored demonstrations, technical fit validation, and support for RFP/RFI responses and proposals.
•Serve as the school nutrition solutions expert, advising on workflows, industry trends, product differentiation, and ROI for technical and business stakeholders.
•Translate customer requirements into solution recommendations and value propositions addressing operational and compliance needs.
•Act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and customers to coordinate feedback and transitions from pre-sales to implementation.
•Continuously improve demo environments, refine solution design processes and reusable assets, strengthen customer storytelling, and remove obstacles to deal progression.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–7+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar client-facing role.
•Experience supporting SaaS or technology solutions in a pre-sales capacity.
•Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
•Analytical mindset connecting customer needs to technical solutions.
•Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements and events.
