Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution of regional transformation initiatives aligned to global program objectives, milestones, and strategic roadmaps.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between regional stakeholders and global program teams to ensure two-way communication and alignment.
  • •Develop and manage regional project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Lead regional readiness activities including change management, communications, training coordination, and adoption planning.
  • •Coordinate and support UAT activities and deployment readiness reviews to inform go-live decisions and resolve issues.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of business or operational experience including pricing, finance functions, process engineering, compliance, and/or program management, or 6+ years in lieu of the degree.
  • •2+ years of experience with Intel's pricing or rebate dynamics.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage regional transformation initiatives aligned to global program objectives and milestones.
  • •Experience partnering with stakeholders and functional teams to secure alignment, support, and resources for implementation.
  • •Ability to coordinate readiness activities (change management, communications, training coordination, and adoption planning) and ensure successful deployment outcomes.
