Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Accountable for the safety of assigned project staff and operations through the HSE management system (HSEMS) throughout the project.
•Attend internal and client meetings to identify project HSE requirements and support execution of the safety plan with site managers.
•Conduct analysis of HSE observations and incidents, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate accident/injury investigations through close-out.
•Supervise subcontractors and site teams on safety issues; inspect activities, tools, and equipment against safety regulations.
•Prepare and coordinate HSE training plans, observe emergency mock drills, and maintain HSE registers, incident reports, lessons learned, and weekly/statistical HSE reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or relevant/equivalent professional qualification.
•NEBOSH / OSHA certification or membership.
•Dredging and marine experience.
•Knowledge and understanding of the ISM Code, mandatory rules and regulations, and applicable codes, guidelines, and standards.
•Ability to support HSE management system implementation and compliance on project sites.
