Key Requirements

  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship, with an interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance post-start.
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work.
  • •2+ years of experience working with semiconductor processing.
  • •Experience in semiconductor processing and solar cell devices, including material characterization and analytical techniques.
  • •Experience with photolithography, thin film deposition, wet/dry etch processes, and high-temperature annealing processes.
