Inside Sales Representative

Build and maintain customer relationships to grow ADESA’s auction business by contacting dealers daily, soliciting buy/sell opportunities, and supporting sales goals. Provide prompt customer service via phone, email, and text, resolve complaints, and coordinate Sale Day duties. Use ADESA’s CRM to log calls, run reports, and view dashboards, while educating customers on ADESA.com and mobile applications to maximize vehicle exposure.
