Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable delivery of scalable, reliable, and reusable services for personalisation, recommendations, and consumer engagement.
  • •Drive experimentation and data-driven decisioning to continuously improve consumer experiences.
  • •Own sprint execution, delivery planning, capacity and dependency management, risk management, and transparent reporting against OKRs.
  • •Partner with Product Owners, Data Engineering, and Tech Leads to deliver business outcomes and manage delivery partners/vendors when applicable.
  • •Coach and develop the engineering team, establish engineering excellence (quality standards, operational discipline, metrics), and promote AI-assisted engineering and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience leading engineering teams in an agile delivery environment.
  • •3+ years of people leadership experience including hiring, mentoring, developing, and retaining teams.
  • •Strong experience in roadmap execution, delivery planning, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Experience with consumer data, behavioural signals, and event-driven architectures.
  • •Knowledge of modern engineering practices including software architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, and code quality.
