  • •Lead the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training curricula and leadership development solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • •Analyze learning and capability needs and develop innovative solutions to address skill gaps and leadership development priorities.
  • •Deliver or adapt learning and coaching/consulting solutions for senior leaders and executive audiences using instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats.
  • •Partner with stakeholders and manage learning program delivery, administration, third-party providers, and effectiveness reporting to improve outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience; a master’s in a relevant field is required for teammates assigned to the Truist Leadership Institute.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in learning and development, leadership development, instructional design, organizational development, consulting, coaching, HR, education, or related functions.
  • •Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, training program management, and learning effectiveness.
  • •Strong facilitation, interpersonal, presentation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills across in-person, virtual, and blended environments.
