Provide timely, efficient client transaction service while maintaining accurate records and handling assigned funds. Deliver a high-quality customer experience by understanding financial needs, educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling tied to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-train to support sales and service activities, assist with new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
