Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, including planning calendars, assumptions, target setting, consolidations, and leadership reviews.
  • •Analyze and communicate monthly and quarterly business performance (actual vs plan/forecast/prior-year), highlighting key drivers and impacts.
  • •Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity studies to support investments, pricing, productivity initiatives, resource allocation, and growth opportunities.
  • •Partner with operations, sales, product management, and accounting to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.
  • •Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations and collaborate during period-end close to ensure results align with planning assumptions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent education/training/experience).
  • •Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, finance business partnering, or financial analysis.
  • •Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, management reporting, and business performance evaluation.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience creating executive presentations and financial communications.
  • •Experience with ERP systems, enterprise planning tools, and business intelligence/reporting platforms.
