Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, deploy, and support robust high-load real-time machine learning systems for search and browse.
  • •Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to develop and update ranking functionalities.
  • •Develop the Ranking Platform for internal users (DS and MLE mostly).
  • •Optimize ranking service performance to process requests faster.
  • •Optimize signals delivery and retrieval (Feature Store) to support ML model inference.

Key Requirements

  • •Design, develop, and maintain high-load distributed real-time services in the cloud.
  • •Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform to manage cloud resources.
  • •Experience with MLOps (delivering, loading, and serving ML models and infrastructure) is a huge plus.
  • •Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Proficiency in Python for server-side web services; good API design understanding, plus experience with databases/NoSQL, distributed systems, and caching.
