  • •Define and socialize long-term UX strategy aligned to business objectives and AI-driven automation.
  • •Evolve the global design system and transform components into a unified design “map” for scalable execution.
  • •Integrate qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle and coordinate design decisions across products using a “Single Source of Truth” philosophy.
  • •Lead hands-on implementation of agentic AI and predictive insights, designing trustworthy AI-assisted workflow patterns.
  • •Scale the design organization by coaching UX managers and ICs, running design reviews for craft/usability/accessibility, and optimizing design efficiency through processes and metrics.

Key Requirements
