Chief Compliance Officer

Oversee and lead Western Alliance Bank’s regulatory compliance framework and Compliance Management System across the bank and affiliated entities. Provide end-to-end second-line compliance oversight, ensure policies and training align with laws and industry best practices, and participate in risk committees and enterprise initiatives. Serve as strategic and hands-on advisor to senior management, manage compliance risk mitigation, and lead and develop the compliance team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
