Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end Global Accounts sales process from prospecting to close, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align product readiness, pricing, and deal structuring.
•Develop and continuously improve the Global Accounts sales playbook, including buyer personas, value proposition, use cases, and qualification criteria.
•Collaborate with Marketing, Product, PMM, RevOps, and CS to create sales collateral, demos, and case studies that accelerate opportunities and shorten ARR activation cycles.
•Coordinate onboarding and eligibility checks with RevOps and Support to ensure smooth Global Accounts onboarding and downstream provider readiness.
•Identify broader opportunities to position Global Accounts within Primer’s Financial Operations product suite and drive standalone selling when product maturity allows.
