Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the Security Engineering team’s strategic vision and roadmap across product, infrastructure, and IT security, with a focus on AI security and agentic guardrails.
  • •Define and enforce AI agent guardrails (scope boundaries, blast radius limits, rollback mechanisms) and implement agentic SDLC testing gates with human oversight.
  • •Lead, mentor, and strengthen the security engineering team and drive a security culture across the organization.
  • •Conduct security architecture reviews for new products and major engineering initiatives as a production readiness checkpoint.
  • •Own vulnerability management by coordinating penetration testing, prioritizing remediation, and partnering with engineering to close risks quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of security engineering experience, including 5+ years in a leadership/management role, preferably in crypto, blockchain, or FinTech.
  • •Hands-on AI security expertise, including understanding the risk surface from LLMs, AI agents, and AI-assisted development workflows and how to implement guardrails.
  • •Expert security architecture knowledge across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern application stacks, including network security.
  • •Expert knowledge of cryptographic principles, secure coding practices, and common web and blockchain vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
  • •Experience with authentication/authorization standards (OAuth, SAML, OIDC), IT security (endpoint, network security, IAM), and threat modeling methodologies; strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
