Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a union environment, with responsibility for labor issues.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, or another 4-year degree.
  • •Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, ISO, and Six Sigma (Lean required; ISO/Six Sigma plus).
  • •Preferred working knowledge of coil coating, coil slitting, metal rolling processes, environmental regulations, and metal planning.
  • •Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with flexible, influential leadership that develops teams and supports a diverse workforce.
