Ensure consistent execution of policies and systems, maximize the value of diversity, and apply continuous improvement (including Hoshin) while supporting leadership development and production-center ownership.

•Drive productivity improvements, employee development, and maximize the value of diversity.
•Improve customer delivery by implementing Lean Manufacturing practices, including Daily Management, TPM, and 5S.
•Ensure consistent implementation and execution of policies and systems to meet internal and external customer expectations at lowest cost with safety first.
•Take ownership of the production center and team, building a culture of ownership, engagement, empowerment, and leadership development.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a union environment, with responsibility for labor issues.
•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, or another 4-year degree.
•Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, ISO, and Six Sigma (Lean required; ISO/Six Sigma plus).
•Preferred working knowledge of coil coating, coil slitting, metal rolling processes, environmental regulations, and metal planning.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with flexible, influential leadership that develops teams and supports a diverse workforce.
