Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management services for construction projects and programs, including strategic interfacing with clients and stakeholders across all project stages.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Provide commercial status reporting as the first point of contact and drive best practice across projects or programs.
  • •Coordinate/assist with strategic and operational management of Cost Management and Project Controls Services across multiple sectors.
  • •Manage staff performance, embed team strategy, mentor and develop talent, and support contracting/procurement strategy and proposal/RFP responses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •SME in Quantity Surveying and be RICS certified or have equivalent accreditation.
  • •Strong presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
  • •Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering preferred.
