Key Responsibilities

  • •Run end-to-end Existing to Bank (ETB) cross-sell campaigns for Credit Cards and Personal Loans from brief/audience definition through launch and post-campaign optimisation.
  • •Partner with Marketing/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to improve messaging, sequencing, channel mix and frequency using a test-and-learn mindset.
  • •Own performance tracking and insights by analyzing funnel, conversion, channel results and customer behaviors to identify what’s working and what isn’t.
  • •Translate complex data into clear narratives and actions, including priorities, trade-offs, and next steps for stakeholders.
  • •Monitor Early Months on Book (EMoB) performance, identify key drivers and risks early, and support a clear “path to green” with agreed actions and follow-through.

  • •Demonstrable customer and product journey experience to translate needs and behaviors into practical improvements.
