Job Summary

Own and manage enterprise customer programs for the CGVDI & Radeon AI Customer Engineering team, from concept through mass production. Drive planning, execution, scheduling, and reporting of program milestones, including customer requirements alignment with internal AMD development. Lead a cross-functional program team, coordinate internal resources, document deliverables and actions, manage major milestones and risks, and support pre-sales activities to win new business.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, lead, and fully own customer program requirements and execution from concept to mass production.
•Manage customer programs and schedules, including business, hardware, and software issues throughout the program lifecycle.
•Provide customer communication aligned with AMD business and product strategy, and report weekly program status to executives and internal stakeholders.
•Lead a cross-functional customer program team across Sales, Business Manager, Product Manager, Applications/Field Applications Engineers, and other program roles as needed.
•Define, track, and manage program deliverables, schedules, milestones, and risks; coordinate customer and internal deliverables and action items, including program meetings and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
•Formal project management education, PMP / Scrum Master.
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including negotiating skills.
•Good knowledge of program management methodologies.
