Timberland: Supervisor - Mall of America

Lead daily store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, maintain merchandising and stockroom standards, and ensure operational excellence across customer experience, sales goals, and productivity targets. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to improve profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, uphold safety and company procedures, and support local community initiatives.
