Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and refine services and platforms that enable ~9,000 engineers to develop with AI agents at scale.
  • •Develop and manage the agent lifecycle framework, including agent versioning, testing, validation, security review readiness, deployment processes, and release management within an enterprise agent registry.
  • •Build and maintain shared services, reusable frameworks, developer tooling, and cross-platform integrations to accelerate adoption while ensuring consistency, security, and compliance.
  • •Partner with security, risk, compliance, and infrastructure teams to incorporate security requirements and controls into agentic development workflows and platforms.
  • •Define and maintain standards for knowledge base content, metadata, structure, accessibility, and access controls; drive engineering best practices across automation, testing, observability, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,000 - 269,500

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, security engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development, LLMs, agentic systems, and AI development platforms.
  • •Experience partnering with Product Security, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, or Governance teams to deliver secure enterprise software and platforms.
  • •Practical knowledge of secure software development, threat modeling, identity and access management, application security, and software supply chain security.
  • •Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver concrete outputs (analyses, prototypes, specifications, or frameworks), with strong written and verbal communication.
