Job Summary

Design and build the agentic SDLC services, platforms, and practices that let ~9,000 engineers develop with AI agents at scale. Own an agentic harness with CI/CD integrations, orchestration, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) workflows; create an agent lifecycle framework covering versioning, testing, compliance, deployment, and release management. Develop shared services and developer tooling, set knowledge-base standards, and drive best practices in automation, testing, observability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Engineer and operate an agentic harness including CI/CD integrations, pipeline quality gates, orchestration capabilities, and MCP integrations for end-to-end agent workflows.
•Develop and manage an agent lifecycle framework covering agent versioning, testing, validation, compliance reviews, deployment processes, and release management.
•Build and maintain shared services, reusable frameworks, developer tooling, and cross-platform integrations to accelerate adoption and consistency.
•Define, implement, and maintain technical standards for knowledge base content, metadata, structure, and accessibility to improve agentic inputs.
•Drive engineering best practices across the agentic ecosystem, including automation, testing, observability, reliability, and continuous platform performance and developer-experience improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,000 - 269,500

Key Requirements

•10+ years in a software engineering role.
•Hands-on familiarity with modern software development practices including CI/CD and DevOps, plus strong knowledge of the AI/agentic development landscape.
•Ability to take ambiguous problems, structure them, and deliver concrete outputs such as analyses, prototypes, specifications, or frameworks.
•Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical complexity into clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
