Key Responsibilities

  • •Support cost-effective implementation and optimization of technology systems and digital solutions.
  • •Evaluate and contribute technical input into software, hardware, and technology selection; support vendor evaluations and technical assessments.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, integration, and connectivity issues, including root-cause analysis.
  • •Develop and maintain APIs, interfaces, data exchange mechanisms, and automated workflows; support upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and deployments.
  • •Ensure solutions comply with IT governance, cybersecurity, data protection, and information security requirements; coordinate with vendors/consultants and support demonstrations, training, and UAT.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • •Resigstered MMUP Grade A as Computer Engineer (mandatory).
  • •10–12 years of relevant professional experience in computer engineering, systems engineering, IT infrastructure, systems integration, application support, or digital solutions.
  • •Proven hands-on experience implementing, integrating, and supporting enterprise/project-based applications and systems.
  • •Experience with cloud platforms and modern IT environments, plus cybersecurity/compliance-aligned systems knowledge and professional certifications are advantageous.
