CSR/Teller - East Dearborn, MI - Part-Time

Provide excellent customer service as a CSR/Teller by listening to customers’ needs, responding to questions, and resolving issues while keeping customer information confidential. Perform daily financial center office responsibilities, maintain balancing records, and stay current on policies and procedures. Identify customer needs during outreach and refer customers to bankers and business partners for consultative conversations, escalating complex issues as needed while following risk and ethics requirements.
