CNC Setup Technician - 2nd Shift

Set up and adjust CNC equipment to ensure precise, high-quality production. Perform part inspection with hard gauges and measurement tools, run routine 6S, and conduct quality checks using a CMM and CMM reports. Change and manage tools, perform minor preventive maintenance, interpret setup instructions, and update CNC program offsets/changes. Serve as a right-hand partner to the supervisor on the shop floor, supporting production flow, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
