Key Responsibilities

  • •Support oversight of Payment Arrangement Participants’ adherence to Resolution 522 requirements using internal monitoring platforms and tools.
  • •Execute monitoring activities under the Resolution 522 Monitoring Plan, including participant validation, notification tracking, waiver tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • •Conduct periodic and ad hoc reviews of participant activities, monitoring outputs, reporting, and risk assessments.
  • •Review and analyze information from internal systems and databases to identify and escalate non-compliance and emerging risks, recommending corrective actions.
  • •Prepare and maintain monitoring reports, governance materials, and audit-ready evidence, and engage with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of Brazilian payments regulation, especially Res. 522 and Res. 150 (BCB).
  • •5+ years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, participant oversight, payments, banking, or financial services.
  • •Proven expertise in operational risk, fraud prevention, AML, and monitoring platforms.
