•Own high-impact strategic and operational opportunities end-to-end from scoping through execution.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to define and implement strategy across Notion products.
•Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems with clear hypotheses and build business cases and quantitative models to inform leadership.
•Manage key drivers of business performance with cross-functional leaders, identifying opportunities and incorporating them into your work.
•Develop understanding of Notion’s competitive positioning and market landscape to inform recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of strategy experience, with 5+ years’ relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, or related professional services fields
•Highly structured mindset with a strong focus on driving outcomes and turning data into actionable insights
•Excellent financial modeling skills, with strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
•Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders and manage relationships, deliverables, and timelines with minimal supervision
