Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Site Manufacturing and Engineering teams to identify gaps and labor-efficiency improvement opportunities.
  • •Analyze process flows, product movement, equipment layouts, and operator assignments to uncover inefficiencies.
  • •Lead automation projects end-to-end, from idea generation and solution design through deployment and production release.
  • •Partner with automation vendors and evaluate proposals based on ROI, quality, and safety/ergonomics impact.
  • •Define and oversee test conditions and analyze test data, producing technical reports for engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, JMP, etc.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Ability to collaborate across all levels with effective communication.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
